- I generally use this product for body building purposes in an attempt to gain muscle. - I use the dumbbells about 3 times a week - One dumbbell is quite easy to change the weights and lock into place, however one of them does not have a distinct click when adjusting to new settings. As a result, it takes time to perfectly line it up the arrow in the center which becomes frustrating. - No other problems however
