This product is amazing easy to change weights compact ideal to store in small spaces doesn't take up much room at all. i mostly do incline press and chest press, I would highly recommend this product to people who are serious about working out, but the down side is their a little too big but they still get the Job done
Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Multifunctional, Targets Muscles
I use both the 52.5lb sets and the 90lb sets at least 15 days per month. They're an amazing way of gaining more space in comparison to having each individual dumbell weight and much quicker than changing a bar and plates. This is a NO BRAINER if you have issues with amount of space and time. The only cons I see is that when you start higher up on the 90lb'ers, the mechanism on the base doesn't always click in well, causing the dumbells to get stuck to the base, plus you have to have a fair amount of accuracy when placing them in the bases to effectively engage the mechanism.
Pros: Compact, Easy To Use, Excellent Versatility, Multifunctional, Space Saver
I use these dumb bells as part of my home fitness routine with the P90X and Insanity Asylum programs. I LOVE how they have helped me build strength and muscle that will help me be a better softball player is summer. I have a small corner of my living room dedicated as my workout space that these dumb bells tuck away out if sight.
Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Multifunctional, Targets Muscles
