I use my 552s as my primary set of weights for P90X, P90X2 and P90X3 workouts. What's great: -they are design to make it easy, fast and convenient to change the weight of the dumbbells -excellent design where plates don't fall off spontaneously -dumbbells are very sturdy -they have a great grip on the handle Only very minor issue: -the large size can make some workouts a bit of a challenge My traditional dumbbells required time to unscrew the lock on each side to add plates. I got fed up with the time required to change the weight of the dumbbells so I got the point of not changing the weight. The 552s have allowed me to have more challenging workouts by making it easy to vary the weight where I need to. Fantastic product! I hope to be able to use then for years to come.

I am a shorter female. I do find the weights to be a little long. As far as ease of use and space saving I think they are unbeatable.

I love ,love my blowflex select finally I can lift heavier weights without having 12 differents dumbells to do so.In just a few click I can go from 5 to 30 pounds in seconds. I love that it doesn't take to much space to store. I do my workouts at school and keep my dumbells for home., it works out perfectly.A few of my friends tried it at school and were impress, I recommended this product to anyone ;)

I needed weights and I live in a tiny condo so I don't have much room. They are aesthetically pleasing in a modern living room setting. Only thing I feel would be negative about is the fact I'm scared to drop them. Great product, worth the money if you compare them to prices of normal weigh sets and the amount of room they would take up. I should also mention it's a bonus to have them delivered to front door too. :)

This product can't get any better. It's 15 sets of weights in one pair. The mechanism works fantastically, and the compact form is wonderful; I can put it wherever I want without it being in the way. They weights are very smooth and precise. They are very easy to use. Just like normal dumbells; new generation of dumbells. The best for at home performance, getting in shape out of the gym, all while using just one pair of dumbells. The only mini downfall is even when you're using a 5lbs, the dumbells have the size of a 50lbs dumbell since it's the same frame. But hey, I'm not complaining. Forces me to take extra precaution of my awesome product and care even more about my form while performing the exercise. AMAZING product!

I use this product for p90x and they work great. They are a little long but don't take long to get used to. If you are short on room they are perfect as you always put them back in the cradle and not left laying around.
