These dumbbells are so simple to use. Changing weight in between different exercises is easy and simple. I find them very sturdy and I do not find that the dumbbells have a bulky feel while doing exercises.

I use my 552s as my primary set of weights for P90X, P90X2 and P90X3 workouts. What's great: -they are design to make it easy, fast and convenient to change the weight of the dumbbells -excellent design where plates don't fall off spontaneously -dumbbells are very sturdy -they have a great grip on the handle Only very minor issue: -the large size can make some workouts a bit of a challenge My traditional dumbbells required time to unscrew the lock on each side to add plates. I got fed up with the time required to change the weight of the dumbbells so I got the point of not changing the weight. The 552s have allowed me to have more challenging workouts by making it easy to vary the weight where I need to. Fantastic product! I hope to be able to use then for years to come.
