First off, I'm reviewing for the #sweepstakes otherwise I wouldn't leave a review at all - and that's a good thing, because that these things work as advertised! They're dumbbells that you can adjust and they effectively replace a whole host of expensive and bulky dumbbells. That's what they do, and they do it well: simple, really. In these days of a rapidly declining economy (after Jan 2021, hmmm...), I found these to be a better investment than a full weight set for the time being, and far better than a gym membership contract (prepping to move so I can't commit). These fit the bill, even though I believe them to be a tad expensive for what they are. TL;DR: They do what they should as adjustable dumbbells and may be worth the cost (hence, 4/5 stars). YMMV.
