Basic at home weight training. These are great because they don't take up much space. They are very solid mechanically. Change over smoothly. Sit into their cradles smoothly. If there's one downside it's that sometime you end up with a little more dumbbell "volume" that you would normally hold for a lighter weight. But the versatility and overall space gained in your home gym still makes it worth that.
