Bought the selectechs to free up se room from all my old iron dumbbells. They are very convienant with selecting different weights. My wife and kids are also loving the. Paired with the app available for Android or Apple there are some good beginner workouts. We are very happy with our purchase and I have recommended them to a couple friends.

I bought these about 8 to 10 years ago and they still work great. I use them 3 times a week, every week. I also have the stand which I recommend so you don't have to pick them up and off the floor, and I'm careful with them, no slamming or dropping. I miss dialed the weight a couple times and had to take the weights off and put them back on, but this was my fault and there are easy instructions for this when it happens.
