Why did I wait so long to get these? I have the Kettle bell and its amazing! These are very easy to use and because you can select different weights, they can fit almost any workout routine. There is nothing I don't like about these dumbbells. My next purchase will be the barbells.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
I'm disabled with a spinal cord injury, & I've been looking to buy this for years. I finally did, & they surpassed all my expectations. I'm literally trying to rebuild my whole upper body, & my arms are too weak to increase weight by the usual 5lb increments. The ability to increase by 2.5lbs is perfect for me, & I've already been able to increase my weight across the board. The biggest bonus is that they take up very little space & you won't have to buy a bunch of different weight sizes. I couldn't recommend these more.
I started light weight training in physical therapy. Knowing that I wasn't going to join a gym when I was done with PT. I began looking for sets that gave me room to strengthen and didn't take up a lot of room. These give me a lot of flexibility and are low footprint in my house. It does take some getting used to that they are very long. All of the weights are the same length so you need to compensate compared to what you are used to. I also like the locking strap the discourages my grandchildren from messing with them.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
Great fit and finish, but I wish I had tried them out before I bought them. They are super bulky and awkward to use. I'm 6'2" 190 and I find them massive. I have no idea how someone smaller than me could make them work.
Love the fact that I have one set of weights to use and they go up by 2.5 pounds initially. They are a little bulky and I'm having to adjust my body to accommodate their size.
