Great for ALL strength levels

I purchased these weights for strength training with my teenage sons. They both have different reasons from mine for weight training, however, we can all utilize the same equiptment with little/no downtime. Large investment but worth every penny. Enjoying the physical aspect of the weights, but more than anything, enjoying this time at home with my boys.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Compact, Good Grip

These weights were hands down the best fitness decision I've made. I get easily dissuaded from commuting to the gym and waiting on equipment between exercises. These allow for more frequent and efficient workouts. I no longer have to trek to the gym and spend a certain amount of time covering multiple muscles per workout. If time is limited, I can spend 30-45 minutes working out one muscle group, such as chest, and come back later in the day to work the stabilizing muscles (triceps).

So far i like these but the one detail I'd stress is these are super heavy. It's not easy to move them out of a workout area when you're done. If that doesn't bother you awesome, otherwise maybe look for a wheely device. There also high, don't exactly fit easily under a bed. They certainly take up space but so far worth it.

I absolutely LOVE my new weights! I work out at home, so they really allow me to PUSH myself and it's way easier to have all the different weight amounts than buying each increment of separate dumbbells. Pricey, but worth it!

Much easier to dial a weight change than prior models. Rather bulky when compared to individual dumb bell weights especially on lower weight. Not a bad compromise to have 1 set rather than many different weights
