This was a gift to my father for Christmas, but I recently used the dumbbells to see how well they worked and I have to say that I was very satisfied with the equipment! I love the design and feel. A bit bulky when doing different types of workouts, but love how you can adjust the weight of the dumbbells with ease. I feel that this product would go great in any fitness room.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Compact, Good Grip
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

Provides a greater flexibility for any dumbbell routine but without the hassle and expense of buying fixed weight or other types of adjustable dumbbells. It is so much easier to be able to dial in the weight you need, saving time and space as well.
Pros: Accurate Weight, Compact, Good Grip, Superb functionality and ease of use
