These weights are very nice and seem to be well built. I am an athletic 50 year old male and I use them daily in a general fitness routine. They are perfect for that use. In the beginning, I was a little concerned that I might outgrow the 552's but I think they are absolutely heavy enough for my use. I am very happy with this product.

I love how easy it is to use and change but doing some of the exercises, curls with supination for example, the weights hit my body because the are so long. The product is great and seems sturdy so far. I have only had the product about 2 month now and I use them about 4 days a week.
