Weights are ok ... it's a pain that u have to change the dial 2 times for one weight especially when super setting... the bench is ok kinda wobbly!

I am 4'11 and husband is 5'11. We both immediately thought the dumbbells were too wide and we clunk the weights together during several exercises due to the width. I would understand the width for a heavy dumbbell but even 7.5 lb is just as wide as the 52 lb dumbbell. Very difficult to do many exercises effectively. Will probably return it.
Pros: Easy To Set Up
Cons: Heavy / Bulky, Uncomfortable

This was a great buy. My workout area is in my loft so space was a commodity. These are setup next to my mat for convenience during my workouts. The price for a set of dumbells with all these weights bought separately would have cost a fortune. This was the perfect solution for my strength programming. I did read some reviews that they are bulky and took some time to adjust. I didn't have that isse.

These weights are very nice and seem to be well built. I am an athletic 50 year old male and I use them daily in a general fitness routine. They are perfect for that use. In the beginning, I was a little concerned that I might outgrow the 552's but I think they are absolutely heavy enough for my use. I am very happy with this product.
