The ease to change weights with one set of dumbells is extremely convenient as opposed to the oldschool iron plates with a screw on cap. They let me dial in what I need on the fly and have been keeping me motivated. Wanted a set of these for years and have zero regrets buying a set. Haven't had any issues with comfortability or durability. Just don't slam them down on the base and take care of them.
