The only problem I have is it is too big. When doing bilateral exercises it is hard to use. I would recommend this bow flex flex weights if doing only unilateral exercises

It is a great addition to my home gym that I share with my sons and nephew. I don't need have to several sets up dumbbells for all of us who train differently.

Have broken plastic spacers between weight plates on my sons set. Be careful when returning dumbbells back onto base. Found replacement part online as was able to fix fairly easy.

When I decided to leave my gym and start working out at home the first name that came to mind was Bowflex. I had used Bowflex gym that was lost during a relocation and my fitness goals were never achieved having to lug myself to the gym everyday. So I have started my journey to get in shape again and start with strength training... of course I started at the Bowflex website and purchased the select dumbbells with the bench and stand. It seems a little bulky but once I got rid of all those free weights around my workout space I realized that is replaces a whole stand of weights with easy transition to different weights to go with my workout. I would absolutely recommend this to someone starting out all the way up to professional athletes. Now the home gym I am building is the envy of all my friends. Will add more of the awesome Bowflex products when I have some $$ to allocate:0)

I bought these Select tech 552 Dumbbells for my 13 year old grandson for Christmas. He LOVES them and is really working out to build his strength. He uses them all the time. He also works out with a trainer once a week and the trainer commented on how much stronger he had gotten due to these weights. Your product is GREAT! One of the bases was cracked when it arrived. I called Customer Service and within 2 - 3 days had a new base. Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced!
