The 552 is the best equipment I could purchase. The balance of the dumbbells makes the overall weight seems distributed so you are not over gripping. I start a lifing / cardo program last month using convention dumbbells, but these are the real deal. I have recently (over the course of 4 months) lost 50 lbs. and continue to better my health with strength. Great Product, a little pricey, COMPLETELY WORTH THE INVESTMENT. More importantly - INVEST IN YOURSELF - you are honestly worth it!!!!
