Changing weights for each excercise simple and so easy

Changing weights was always a hassle and the collars always seem to get loose. These weights solved that problem immediately. Definitely would recommend them.

This Product was the perfect compliment to work out routine and gave me a greater flexibility then going to the gym at 8pm at night. The On the fly weight change allows you to seamlessly workout without interruption. The only thing I regret is not getting the bench. The bench I have is to Weak and small and causes me to struggle to make balance.
