A friend of mine had these and after trying them out I really wanted a set of my own. Working out at home with these is great. They don't take up much space and give plenty of flexibility in choosing resistance. A little bulky but it's a small issue you quickly get used to. Stand is definitely worth purchasing too. I also have the bowflex kettlebell and regularly use both the dumbbells and kettlebell. Very happy I purchased them.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

A gift was for me , I always wanted the dail up weights. I have had a bowflex for 30yrs and always will. I always stick with the best equipment . I lost a lot of my bowflex equipment due to a house fire. Just now starting to replace

Gotta say, I really love these dumbbells. Really well balanced a any chosen weight and very comfortable on the hands. Super easy to change the weight. Will probably upgrade to the next heaviest set. I'm just about maxed out on these for inclined bench.
