i use them 3 times per week iwish i had more time to play with my stuff the thing that i like the must is the fact that i can add as little as2.5 lbs and it allows me to work almost all kinds of exercises

I bought these for my husband, lucky me I get to use them too! The only con is they are bulky, makes it not as comfortable doing triceps extensions. That's the only negative. We have a small house and these are so compact it works much better than having individual weights all over the place!

The Bowflex Revolution is a great piece of equipment when it is working. If it has any mechanical problems that require service to fix, well you are going to out of luck!

I bought these as I'm mostly doing zoom workouts with a trainer and not going to the gym due to Covid19. I am really glad I kept my smaller 5, 8, 10 and 12 lb weights because these large BowFlex weights are just too big and clunky for me. I am a petite, 5 foot tall woman and even if I just have these weights on 5 or 7.5 lbs, they are just too long and bulky to keep close to my body where I need them to be. If they weren't so heavy I'd send them back but I'm sure I can find someone to buy them from me.
