i use them 3 times per week iwish i had more time to play with my stuff the thing that i like the must is the fact that i can add as little as2.5 lbs and it allows me to work almost all kinds of exercises

The Bowflex Revolution is a great piece of equipment when it is working. If it has any mechanical problems that require service to fix, well you are going to out of luck!

I bought these for my husband, lucky me I get to use them too! The only con is they are bulky, makes it not as comfortable doing triceps extensions. That's the only negative. We have a small house and these are so compact it works much better than having individual weights all over the place!

The profile of the dumbbell weights are too wide for me. I would like to return them but can't because I cannot get help from a customer service representative. I have spent hours on hold. Dissatisfied customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediately opened the one box and was so unhappy with the balance of the dumbbell. I tried to set up for a return with them unused in the box. Then found out that a 30 day moneyback guarantee is bogus. I was being forced to pay 20% restocking fee +150 shipping. I let them know they were brand new in the box and no need for a 20% restocking fee if they were opened and used. Also offered to ship back on my own dime and was denied. So if I chose to return I would lose half my money. I've gotten no response to try to continue conversation on returning these. I have never been treated like this from any company to return something. This makes no sense in a time when I can write letters to everybody on the Internet that rates this equipment and affect the company. I totally feel like I got scammed terrible experience.
