This is the second set of Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells that I have owned. First set I sold after 5 years use because of a move. I am in the National Guard and use the Dumbbells to stay in shape. I can do whole body workouts with the dumbbells in a confined space. Nothing negative I have to say about the product.

I bought these for my husband, lucky me I get to use them too! The only con is they are bulky, makes it not as comfortable doing triceps extensions. That's the only negative. We have a small house and these are so compact it works much better than having individual weights all over the place!

The Bowflex Revolution is a great piece of equipment when it is working. If it has any mechanical problems that require service to fix, well you are going to out of luck!
