Dials to adjust weight do not work very well at all. Sometimes they adjust, sometimes they don't. Mine locked into place and I tried my best to move the weights around so they fit in the cradle but the dial just locked up. Eventually fixed it just by removing all of the weights but... this product is pretty cheaply built for the $300 price tag.
Cons: Flimsy, Hard To Use, Heavy / Bulky, Uncomfortable

Had to wait a while to get these. But totally worth it! My only regret is that I didn't buy them a long time ago! With COVID I've decided to build a home gym and these bad boys light up my gym! Plus they look real nice next to my Bowflex adjustable kettle bell!!!

I bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. My wife works out from videos and she had the small individual (5lbs, 8lbs and 10lbs)weight while the instructor has the bowflex. She mentioned it to me and I ordered them from you guys. She loves it because she can used then interchangeably without much effort and she is now using 12lbs which she would have never got to if it was not for bowflex weight.

I wake up and begin lifting. It's so quick to change the weight that I save time in the morning. I start Monday's with chest and back, Tuesday's with arms and legs, Wednesday's with shoulders and triceps. I also throw abs in the mix. I repeat the process all over on Thursday. This has changed my life!
