These are a great idea, but after a while the rotating selector starts to slip, and once that happens there is no going back. When they work I absolutely love them, but they rarely work through a whole workout. Most times I get frustrated with them and just go back to the old-school dumb bells and free weights.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After 3 weeks the ratchet mechanism broke on me. Upsetting that now I have to go weeks with no dumbells.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy, Not Durable
