The set is very easy to use. My only problem is that I ordered the stand for them at the same time. The bands that come with the stand to securely hold the dumbbells from falling off and becoming a safety issue, are not long enough and when snapped together they get in the way of lifting the weight straight up.

These are a great idea, but after a while the rotating selector starts to slip, and once that happens there is no going back. When they work I absolutely love them, but they rarely work through a whole workout. Most times I get frustrated with them and just go back to the old-school dumb bells and free weights.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
