I've been wanting a set of these weights for a while. Don't know what took me so long to add them to the home gym. I needed to add additional weights in order to start a popular body building home fitness program and just didn't think it would be a great idea to have a bunch of weights scattered everywhere. So I chose these instead. The only drawback to using these during that program is the drop set portion. I still resort back to a couple of dumbbells for those sets. I'm thinking of investing in the 1090's in the future. Maybe the updated version will be available by then. I noticed the 552's are getting one later this year.

Love how I have weights 5-52 points at my fingertips. However, they are extremely bulky and some of my exercises are hard to do because the weights are so huge.

The set is very easy to use. My only problem is that I ordered the stand for them at the same time. The bands that come with the stand to securely hold the dumbbells from falling off and becoming a safety issue, are not long enough and when snapped together they get in the way of lifting the weight straight up.
