Purchased a set for my wife. She loved how she could increase her weights with ease vrs the old fashion tear down and add more weights to get on with your workout ritual. These cut out all the muscle cool down and time lost and allows you to get on with your workout. My wife is now able to increase her weights in 2.5 lb increments and therefore build lean muscle more effectively. SO she bought me a set. I love the ease of these weights. I can keep up with my wife now! Up To this point we can't find any cons on these. We have had them for about 3 months now and use them 5 days out of the week.
Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy To Use, Multifunctional, Targets Muscles

They are fragile. The individual weights have a small piece that shears off easily if you drop the set. I have had to replace 2 of them already. Doesn't take much either.
Cons: Not Durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used to go to gym 4 to 5 days a week but now, I will not able to go to the gym as often as I want to due to work schedule and some other reasons. But, since I purchased the dumbbells, I get to workout whenever I am at home, between my work, anytime. It is wonderful product.
