I love that I am able to easily switch to whatever weight I desire. It is ridiculous to have an entire wall filled with expensive and hard to move Dumbbells when you can have an all in one compact design by Bowflex. I have used competitor brands and they are not as easy to use, not as durable, and make a lot of noise during use. I do have one negative experience in my effort to maintain my fitness level and that is that I didn't buy it sooner. THANK YOU Bowflex for your innovative spirit. P. S. I highly recommend the M5 Max Trainer as well.

Loved these weights when we first got them back in may. I ordered them in January and had to wait about 4 months to receive them, which was ok because all exercise equipment was in high demand. However, 3 months later the paint is chipping off of the weights. I'm assuming that because of the high demand the quality was reduced but I wouldn't expect this of an almost $400 product.
