[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of heavy and light Bowflex Dumbells each, 4th total. I moved and had access to a large gym for awhile and then went right back to the dumbells first chance I got. IF you are builing a gym the 552 dumbells should be the first addition and with the rack no less. I would put it ahead of cardio equipment because you can walk or run outside if necessary or do circuits with dumbells inside.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been working out most of my adult life and started using these years ago. I recently purchased them again and I'm happy to say I couldn't be more pleased. They've made some improvements since I last owned them that makes them sturdier. I highly recommend buying these if you're looking for a practical alternative to having many dumbbells of varying weights. They're extremely comfortable to use and space saving.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bowflex adjustable dumbbells are a great alternative to buying an entire set of dumbbells. The only issue is that sometime, the dial to change the weight gets stuck. There is an easy fix to that - change the dial every time you put them back after use to make sure the dial is not stuck.
