have used this for years. I feel it extends the life of the heads. I buy new heads every year. I shave everyday.

Can't find it anywhere

Can't order it through the online listing in my Phillips Norelco accout or anywhere else online. No local stores carry it per you search for local retailers on you product.
Like many things with you products, not quite right!

Poor Lubrication

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a good cleaner, but a lousy lubricant. You need to also sell the old Norelco silicone shaver spray lube to spray on the heads during shaving to cool and lubricate the heads.
Pros: cleans ok
Cons: just doesn't lube well, awful mess if used while shaving

I reached out to your website and started a chat with a representative. They said this product is not longer available. Amazing. I said I got an email advertisement this product today. HMMMMM you guys really need to coordinate advertising better. Advertising a product that is not available is poor planning. If it is available I would like to know where I can get it.

In Product Catalog, But Not Available From Online Store or Anywhere on the Planet

Philips Norelco Shaving heads cleaning spray HQ110/42 With Cool Breeze scent is described at http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?ctn=HQ110/42&scy=US&slg=en.
But in the Online Store it cannot be found. The only cleaning item is called: With Cool Breeze scent Jet clean solution HQ200/52, described here http://www.philips-store.com/store/catalog/shavers/shaving-accessories/with-cool-breeze-scent/productdetail/HQ200_52_US_SHOPPUB/US/en.
The problem is that the Jet Clean Solution is designed for the Jet Clean System, which is bundled with expensive razors. And the Shaving heads cleaning spray IS NO PLACE TO BE FOUND ON THE PLANET.
Cons: does not exist
