It is most beautiful USB I have ever had. I throught big size but it was not big. USB 3.0 port is very fast. I would recommend this product for everyone.

I recently purchased a Samsung USB drive 3 for my school projects. The first look was the design that attracted me with the feature to wear it in the car key ring. I have lost a bunch of USB drives before but now I have every notes in my pocket-safe.
Its writing and coping speed is awe sum. Its really quick to save my long video assignments on this drive. I love it.

I bought the 32 GB USB Drive model MUF-32BA. It is corrupted and unable to format by windows. how can i get warranty claim of the product?

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung BAR 3.0 USB Flash Drive. I am very sorry to see that you have encountered issues with your flash drive.
Our warranty process is efficient and easy:
1. Once you contact and inform us that you need to process an RMA, we will email you an RMA form.
a. This form will ask for your contact info, reason for exchange, photo of the back of the microSD card, and a copy/photo of your receipt/bill of sale (if possible)
b. Please email us back the completed form and photo(s)
2. Once we receive your completed RMA form, we will email you your RMA Ticket Number within one business day
3. If you are within the U.S., you will receive a UPS label within 2-3 business days to send us your defective memory product.
If at any time you wish to check the status of your RMA, you can contact Samsung Customer Support.
