Excellent Design, easiest bike hook to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've reviewed other Whirlpool Gladiator hooks--including the vertical bike hooks--and this one is by far sturdier and easier to use getting you bike in and out of storage. Also, I noticed that the mounting tabs on these hooks make a much more "solid" connection to the gear track panel; once it's attached, it ain't wiggling around at all, unlike some of the other, lighter hooks. And, as a plus, the horizontal bike hooks fold in towards your garage wall when not in use, saving space!
The only problem--and this is NOT inherent to the design or build of the hooks themselves--is that when I store my family's bicycles in a horizontal position along the wall, it takes up SOOOOOOO much space along that wall that I there isn't any room left to place other gear track accessories on the panel that the bike is stored on. But, if you've got the wall space for it, the Whilrpool Gladiator horizontal bike hooks are the best bike storage solution I've tried.

Great sturdy bike hook!

Finally a Place for those Bikes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the bike hooks. Finally can get the extra bikes off the floor. Since the hooks are adjustable, they don't have to go so high that the kids can't get theirs down or my wife doesn't have to reach up also.

For simple bike maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having recently installed three of The Gladiator Vertical Bike Hook, GAWUXXVBRH for our bikes I perused the array of Gladiator products to find one that might allow simple maintenance on the bikes.
The Horizontal Bike Hook (2-Pack) GAWUXXHBTG fills that need without taking up any additional space on the wall. After determining a suitable working height and distance between the folding hooks when not in use, the installation was a breeze.
Placing the hooks at a 4-foot height, below and in-between the vertical bike hooks enables each bike to be easily serviced at a proper distance away from the wall. Additionally when servicing is done each hook simply folds and locks against the wall for the bikes to be placed back in the vertical hooks. A side bonus is hanging the Entryway GearTrack Pack, GAGP32PAEY nearby with often used tools to service the bikes.
If the vinyl covering continues to last as well as the other Gladiator lawn products currently being used I will continue to be quite pleased with the ease, durability and breadth of organization availability of Gladiator.

Works great for multiple uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially used the bike hooks to hold my bike to the garage wall during summer. During winter I put my bike up on the ceiling to get it out of the way and with a wooden rod converted the hooks to allow me to hang my coats in the garage. It works surprisingly well and I'm sure there are plenty of other uses someone could come up with for these foldable hooks.

Ordered and paid for on November 19. It is now December 29, 2020. Status still shows unfulfilled. If I had known it was OUT OF STOCK when I ordered it, I wouldn't have placed the order!!! Thanks for the ZERO updates too. Maybe i'll get it in April? May? June? July?
