Received my cooler back in October, took it on a week long hunting trip with minimal ice. Temperatures rarely got below 30 degrees and at the end of the week that was hardly any ice melted. Much better than the competitors!

This is our third OtterBox cooler. We have various sizes. The main reason we chose the OtterBox is because of the latches. My entire family can easily close and open the cooler. It’s important to keep the lid tight at all times and that everyone in my family can open and close the cooler.
Otherwise from vast experience, they cooler does exactly as advertised. Obviously they are 5 star as we own three.

I bought this a month ago for a necessary cross country trip. I filled it with with about 53 pounds of ice and fed the ice a smaller cooler with food. I made it from Michigan to Alaska in six days and still had plenty of ice. I was able to avoid stopping along the way for any additional ice or groceries.

I won a smaller Otter Box cooler in a drawing and was so impressed with construction and performance that I decided to spring for a larger one. As compared to my Rtic cooler, the Venture 65 is a much better design and seems to hold ice better.
