I love this cooler. Everything so far has worked perfect and no issues at all. The only thing is I wish they would throw in cup holder or two because we do use it as a seat.!!

Used many different boxes over the 18 years of charter fishing, the 65 is a perfect box. It keeps my fish cold, even though we open it several times while fishing. The handkes make it easy to move, other boxes smash yuh our hand inyo the box as you lift. Tge add on features are great especially the bottle opener for as celebatory beer after you boat a prize catch!!

I bought this cooler because the reviews were better, so I thought, than Yeti. Turns out they were wrong, as the cooler doesn't keep ice anywhere as long as stated. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Keep in mind, we usually suggest pre-cooling your cooler about 24 hours before you plan to use it, then add fresh ice before your adventures! This is certainly bizarre, since as long as the ice to content ratio is set and the lid is tightly secured, the ice should stay for around 16 days. To increase ice longevity, we would suggest pre-cooling the actual cooler the night before, as this prepares the unit for the chilly road ahead. Additionally, try using blocks of ice rather than ice cubes - these have proven to last a bit longer. If these tricks don't help, please feel welcome to call our friendly Otters at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll gladly do what they can to help out!
