I have never in my life used such a problematic piece of machinery. Purchased for work related purposes which makes it even worse. This is my first Lenovo and it absolutely will be my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's bulkier than it needs to be while feeling flimsy at the same time, the track pad is imprecise and finicky, and Bluetooth has bailed on me twice now. If this would serve as a stationary computer with hard wired peripherals, I suppose it does everything it needs to do. But as a mobile device it's got it's short falls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For me this is a good fit. First thing I did was install an m.2 stick and loaded PoP Os. Both win10 and Pop Os work fine. I am not a power user but just play with Linux command line and surf the web and watch you tube videos. I purchased this model (Basic Laptop) because of the price and the key board. Lenovo makes good products and are a reliable outfit. The E570 is no longer in the line up. It was replaced with the E580. This laptop should serve me well for a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
