Almost perfect

If you have a small mouth or small teeth this is the perfect brush head. If you have to pay more attention to the back of the bottom front teeth then this is the one for you. Because I fit all of the above my hygienist suggested I use a smaller sized brush. I was unaware that Sonicare made a compact size; fortunately I found it at Bed Bath & Beyond. I am very happy with my 4th iteration of Sonicare. This would be perfect if the marketers would put 4 heads (1 years worth) in the pack and sell it through Costco.

No brush heads to be found

Only 1 1/2 years of use and now cannot find any more replacement heads for model HX6013/82 model Sonicare toothbrush. Even on internet site, listed as "out of stock".

These last about a month. Brushes this expensive should last longer, at least for the 3 months that you claim. They are hard to find in stores.
Pros: cleans well for about a month, easy to use
Cons: expensive, don't last more tha a month, hard to find

This brush head works great for what my hygenist ordered.

While going thru advanced peridontal care, I use the compact brush head once a day to help remove the plaque from deep pockets in my gums in addition to the standard head twice a day. My hygenist and periodontist has notice a big improvement in my condition.
Pros: works great around gum areas

Need a Better Choice for Brush heads

I used the Elite brush for many years and loved the angled brush. It made getting into tight spots very easy, as well as brushing the backs of the teeth simple. The straight brush isn't as comfortable to use. There should be choices in the brushes, like angled or straight.
Please read what your customers think and give us more brush choices.

Disappointed In Teeth Cleaning Ability

I don't think that the ProResults brush heads do a good job of cleaning the surface of my teeth. In addition, the brush heads have to be replaced every 3 to 4 weeks. They look as though they have been used for 3+months by the 3rd week.
However, I think that if Phillips Sonicare would revisit the design and materials used for the Pro Results brush heads they would have a winner.
My husband and I have been very disappointed in this product. I would not recommend this product.
Pros: the wand works well & has good features.
Cons: the proresults tooth brushheads are terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my toothbrush!

I love my Philips Sonicare toothbrush. This toothbrush has five modes including a massage mode. I looked at all the other models out on the market but nobody had anything as great as a Sonicare. I definitely recommend this product if you want great oral care from your toothbrush!

Only problem is that connecting the brush head seems tenuous - pulling it off, which is necessary because the two of us use it alternately. Because the narrow ribber circle fits on very tightly, it seems to risk coming off, making the system unworkable. Fortunately (which we appreciate) you replaced the handle mechanism quickly and without cost to us.
Pros: we've become happily used to using it.
Cons: see above - removing brush head can be difficult
