[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to use. I simply opened the package, put the disc in the soap dispenser and ran a cycle like normal. My dishwasher does not look cleaner than before I ran the cycle, but it does smell cleaner. I still have some limescale buildup on the inside of my dishwasher. My husband said, "Even if it doesn't LOOK cleaner, we can feel better about washing our dishes in there because it probably IS cleaner than before we ran it." I don't know what to think really. I would probably try it again to see if I notice any improvement after a few cycles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
