[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I have been on the hunt for a product to get my cooktop looking brand new again, and I think I have finally found it. These little pads are small, but mighty. They worked well to remove stubborn cooked on grease and stains. This will now be a staple in my kitchen cleaning arsenal. I only wish I could give more stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went into this review expecting a miracle clean experience, but when I saw the packaging and the two sample wipes I lost a little confidence. The Affresh Cooktop Cleaning Wipes are presented as small fiber wipes where one side of the wipe has a scrubbing component in the form of small blue bumps. The other side of the wipe is smooth for fine cleaning.
When I prepared for this test, I allowed my stove to collect grime for a couple of weeks (I believe since early April). Now testing the product at the end of April, I am sure I will overwhelm what this little wipe can achieve.
Sure enough, these wipes are not built to clean such a dirty surface, and are better suited for the daily cleaners. Ideally I would have liked to see more than one wipe per packet, assuming they will be priced with a premium tag.
I first got around to cleaning the food items that had stayed behind, making sure the wipe had the best opportunity to impress me... Once i had removed all the specs hanging around the stove, it was time to put the wipes to use.
The wipe did an OK job. It couldnt go after any older, caked on oil stains and sprays, but it could easily handle the newer grease and grime... It did what I expected it to do, but it was clear this product isnt meant to clean weeks of food stains off your stove top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
