Scratched easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had no choice but to purchase this as it was the only cooktop with downdraft that fit our space. Just as we read, the glass became scratched and discolored within a week of careful use. Our previous one did not. The unit works well but already looks terrible.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this range top in November 2020. When you spill or splatter on top of the cooktop it takes SEVERAL times to clean and bring the shine back. Not to mention it leaves marks on the burners and are very difficult to remove at times. I would have thought for the price of Jenn Air glass cooktop the technology would have been a much higher quality.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old unit went out so we replaced it with another Jenn-air cooktop. I am very impressed. The new cooktop has better spacing for the burners and allows the use of larger pans. It also heats quicker. Love the cooktop.
