Pretty - but could use better design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop works well but not a great design. Five burners but could never use them all simultaneously. My All Clad griddle does not fit without hanging over the knobs rendering them white hot and therefore impossible to use. I had no issue on my previous 4 burner stove since knobs were located in the middle

Stainless Steel hard to clean and looks bad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this cooktop for 1 month and the stainless top just does not clean well and looks bad. Spots do not come off and around the burner it's kind of grimy. I have used the recommended cleaners and still does not look good. I called Jennair and the person that answered was very kind and empathetic to my complaint. She is going to send me a sample of a steel brightener to use. I hope this is the answer!
