No low settings except for one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe a five burner cooktop only has one low setting, even though the controls say low... they are no low at all... per the appliance repair company they said, sorry but that is how it is and at least you have one low burner...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased dual built in ovens, gas cooktop, warming drawer, and exhaust hood. This equipment replaced 15 year old viking appliances. Both my wife and I are avid cooks and use the appliances extensively. I can say without hesitation that the Jenn-Aire appliances are absolutely wonderful. Well done!

Why are they closet to the burner instead of closer to outside edge?

Beautiful, efficient, low profile, easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are about 2 months in on this purchase. It is absolutely beautiful. The gold metal about the burners is very pretty and the flat removable burner heads really nice. The handles are metal and add a nice elegance while being efficient. I love the blue light beneath them that tells you if you have left one on accidentally. The profile is one of the lowest for this type of cooktop - meaning that you have more space between the grates and the hood. Cleaning is super easy as everything lifts off. I recommend hand washing the grates. It is super easy and will retain the finish better than putting in a dishwasher. I've done both. The one thing that I would complain about is how easy it is to scratch the stainless steel around the handles . Mine became slightly scratched presumably when I wiped salt off of the area around the handles! This happened within 2 weeks of use. Disappointing. However, I would not trade this cooktop for any other on the market regardless of price. It feels sturdy, useful, easy to clean, elegant and oh so pretty. Love it!
