Best Dishwasher I've EVER Had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the salesperson told me not to wash my dishes anymore and just put them in the dishwasher for later, I laughed. All I've EVER used a dishwasher for was a sanitizer as they NEVER cleaned in the past. Well, this one surprised me! I tried, totally not expecting it to clean anything! I threw egg dried spatulas, egg dried plates, dried mustard, ketchup, chili, and a pizza pan that I have used for the last 40 years that just kept getting blacker and blacker from all the baked on oil. I've got to say that when I opened it up, I immediately told my husband I didn't like this dishwasher and we needed to return it! He just looked at me like I was crazy and asked why. I told him my 40 year old pan was ruined and to come look at it! Some of the shiny silver under all that baked on grease had shown through! Every time I wash that pizza pan, it gets shinier and shinier! It's ruined! LOL!!! I never expected it to actually clean. I was just going to use it as a sanitizer like all the other models I've had over the last 45 years! So, you can't go wrong if you're truly looking for a cleaning machine! Love it! The only reason I'm rating it 4/5 is because it would be really nice if the spoons didn't slide out of the front of the very top rack, and would be great if it had a light in it. Excellent! Will definitely buy again if it ever quits!!!

Best Dishwasher

Recently purchased this Bosch dishwasher when our prior non Bosch dishwasher leaked after 5.5 years. This dishwasher is so so quiet. You can't even tell it is running. Thankfully there is a red light on the floor to let you know. Dishes and pots and pans come out sparkling. Drying is not perfect but definitely sufficient. Plastics generally remain wet but that is true with most dishwashers. Only suggestin/minor complaint - I wish that there was a small LED light on the outside indicating that the cycle has been completed.

What Quality?!

I've written TWO reviews about this product and received two, consecutive, follow-up emails, indicating what I wrote did not meet the "review criteria" listed. Okay.... I guess I have to accept that. Neither of my previous reviews were positive. Imagine that!?
Think twice before investing in this!! Had it replace it after five years and an extended warranty contract!
Maybe NOW it will be acceptable!

Absolutely the worst dishwasher EVER!

This it by far the worst dishwasher ever. I put in 10 dishes and 9 come out dirty, there is absolutely no point to having a dishwasher. All 3 racks, all dirty, every time and nothing dry 100%. Wish I paid the money to have my old one fixed bc this is junk!

Not sure about this dishwasher

I have owned a Bosch dishwasher for many years. I have always loved it. We decided to go to stainless steel appliances, so I bought the latest Bosch dishwasher with a pocket handle and controls that are not seen when door is shut. My problem is getting the machine to run. I press the on/off button, pick my cycle, pick an option and hit the start button. Shut the door, check 1/2 hour later & machine has not come on. I can do this several times, but still the machine does not start up. Not sure what I am doing wrong . Can anyone help me?
