Reluctant but Thrilled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Bosch dishwasher because my "not so old" dishwaher had a problem and the fix was nearly as costly as a new dishwasher! I really didnt' want a new dishwasher. However, i am so happy with my new Bosch dishwasher, I'm actually gald I was "forced" into buying it.

Pump Went out

Owned the dishwasher just a year and a half and the pump with heating element went out. Error code E09. Had do have service under a third party extended warranty due to short warranty fro mBosch and the repair job did not fix problem. For the expense of the dishwasher, the heating element in the pump should last longer than it did. Disappointed in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a dishwasher where I didn't have to rinse everything. My only issue is the the very top rack doesn't dry. I have to remember to do that last so my botton dishes do not get wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my Bosch about a month ago and I'm very impressed. The salesperson who sold me the unit said they're so quiet you could sleep next to it and that's a fact. The first 2 weeks I kept placing my hand on the door just to convince myself that the unit was running. Also, the 3rd rack on the top is a must have. I don't think I'll ever be able to get another dishwasher with a 3rd level. Great piece of machinery. Nicely done Bosch!
