Good but could be better

We bought this dishwasher due to it's rating of being the quietest on the market. IT DELIVERS THAT. It is by far the quietest dishwasher we have ever owned. However, no matter what setting or what rinse agent we use the dishes still retain water and are not drying. We have tried several of the washing options with no perfect resolution. But I realize nothing manmade is ever perfect and I must weigh the pros and cons against each other. Since I bought it for sound (or lack thereof) and not for drying, I must say it does deliver. Oh, the 3rd (top) tray is almost useless as if it is installed you can not place tall glasses into the 2nd (middle) tray. But since it is only my wife and I in the house now, not a big deal just a footnote.

like very much the fliexibility of the 3 racks
not sure I like the configuration of the bottom rack, even though you can adjust somewhat, still difficult to load with a "typical" family dinner dishes: plates, pot and pans, bowls.

Great, quiet dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our previous dishwasher because we could not start it if we were going to be in the same room. It cleaned, but it was too loud. The Bosch dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes. We also really liked the informative light that shines on the ground counting down the time till completion. I would fully recommend this dishwasher.

5 service calls in 2 weeks

The dishes were still wet at end of cycle, the dishwasher leaked on my new wood floors, there were issues starting it up ......
