Clean and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this about a month ago and just love it. The three racks allow me to really get a full load washed and the very top rack holds all those small awkward items. Love that the middle rack adjusts up and down and that tines can be raised or lowered. Great settings to choose from and in every setting I've tried everything comes out clean, dry and all done so quietly that I don't know it's on unless I see the projection on the floor (which is a really cool feature too).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dishes not drying.

Disappointed

We replaced our old Bosch dishwasher after more than 12 years and was very happy with the overall performance. Based on our previous experience we again choose this Bosch dishwasher. Although the new one cleans very well, it falls short on its drying capability. No matter what setting you use dishes come damp and with droplets even after several hours. If drying is important to you Bosch is not for you.
Another annoying thing is display projects on the floor alternating the important cycle and time information to the Bosch logo. If you glance down to see the cycle info just as it switches back to the logo, you have to wait 5 seconds for it to go back to cycle info and only have 5 seconds to read the display before again going back to logo. I absolutely hate this.

A solid machine

Every part of the Benchmark unit feels well constructed. Racks slide nicely and hold lots of stuff. The height adjustable middle rack is nice. The top 3rd tray has lots of uses. (Note - in the store the Benchmark racks felt much better/higher quality than the next lower priced (but still pricey) model.)
Dishes sparkle and I do significantly less pre-rinsing. It is very quiet.
A couple items:
(1) I followed the instructions to set the running light to show the cycle phases, but it won’t display. Keeps showing the Bosch logo. That isn’t helpful. I have tried several times.
(2) the bottom rack tines are too fixed and angled. I have some medium size and deeper bowls that are awkward to get to fit without wasting space. Maybe invent a bowl holder/adapter.
