Very poor product

I bought this a few months ago and have been using it regularly. The shave is horrible, after several passes, I still have hair on my face. I do not get a close shave at all and end up having to use a disposable razor. It’s not like it doesn’t shave enough off, it leaves me patchy as well. Very disappointed for the money I spent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Facial Hair can be tough. In fact, it can be as tough as copper wire. You'll need a tough shaver to be the tool for the job, and we crafted our Series 3 310s to be that tool. I expect a clean and comfortable shave out of a foil razor. This Braun shaver provides me exactly that. It works flawlessly and charges quickly. Zero complaints here. A great product Braun. Thank You.

Huge waste of money

I've never in my life felt the need to leave a negative review, until i bought this. I mean how does this shave 70% of your face and cut you at the same time.

Excellent performance at a very reasonable price

I bought this shaver to use as basic everyday shaver and as a shaver to use when I travel. The performance and comfort pleasantly surprised me. I use a pre shave lotion to help whiskers stand erect, which helps an electric shaver catch and cut stubble. The results were really impressive. The Braun 310s shaved my face and neck nearly as close as a blade without discomfort and irritation. It is a great basic shaver without any bells & whistles. It does have a pop up trimmer. That is all I need, and I was happy not to have to pay for a lot of extras that I don’t need.

No Clipper/Trimmer

Bought this to replace my current Series 3. Upon opening found the clipper/trimmer feature missing. This is a critical feature for me and so I will have to return the shaver. Was very pleased with my previous Series 3.

That's definitely not the experience we want you to have! It may be helpful to know that if the foil comes apart, there would be no way to put it back together. The heads should definitely always be lasting between 9-18 months, so we'd like to learn more about this. Please give us a call at (800) 272-8611.

Simply Awful

I believe in Brain products which is why I specifically bought this razor. Braun electric razors cut closer than any razor I’ve owned but this one disappoints big time. Just to get a semi-close shave on my head takes 20 minutes and I always have to switch to my portable, AA battery operated Braun to finish the job. This razor is just absolutely terrible even after going over the same spot six or seven times. It was a waste of money.
