No side trimmer!

Just bought it and then discovered that it does not have a sideburn trimmer. What a rip!v I am returning mine.

It may be helpful to know that this particular shaver does not feature a Precision Long Hair Trimmer, however we have a few Series 3 Shavers that do. These are our 3020S, 3030S, 3040S, 3050CC, 3060S, 3070CC, 3080S, and 3090CC Models.

Superior Performance and Durability for the Price

I've had the same model (Series 3 310S) for 6 years or so, have never had any issues, whatsoever, and only needed to replace the foil/cutters in all that time. I'd say the only downside to this particular model - unlike my prior Braun model - was that this one will not allow you to shave while it is plugged in and charging. A minor inconvenience overall, though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with this 300 series .

Have had this over a month. Cannot get a close shave. Tried all suggestions and still won't shave close. I don't have a heavy beard. Rotary I had before worked much better. Very disappointed with this.

Good shave for good price

I have always prefered to shave with the standard soap and blade, but with some mental health issues and medication effects I twitch at random and kept cutting my face and head up because of this. I used to sell electric razors and I remembered that the BRAUN always worked better than any of the other brands. I have had it for a few months and it still shaves like it's right out of the box, cleaning it properly after every shave works well for me (I am shaving my head and throat area). The only issue I have with it is I twitched cleaing the head and the foil ripped.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not cut a single hair.

I'm not sure what I'm doin wrong I just bought my Braun series 3 2 days ago brand new and went to use it, it wouldn't even shave a single hair and I thought maybe my beard was to coarse, I tried it on my arms, legs, stomach and still not a single hair was trimmed, if any had had this problem or know how to fix it please let me know.

We do want to share that because it can take some time for your skin to adjust to a new shaver, we recommend trying out different methods of shaving. Since our 310S model is designed for wet/dry usage, try taking it in the shower with you or using a shaving gel or foam before. Both of these methods will make your hair softer, which will create an easier and closer cut. Holding your shaver at a 90 degree angle and stretching your skin to shave against hair growth will also help. Feel free to move your shaver in different directions too! My shaver stopped working, suddenly.

My shaver shut off completely today. It won’t charge neither it will turn on. This happened while I was shaving in the shower. I’ve had it for 18 months or so, and I usually shave every 4 days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If Facial hair is longer than others or they don’t get cut the get plucked, plus raw skin around the neck

Cuts well……BUT…

The fact that you cannot shave while the device is charging, is horrible. Halfway thru a shave, if it runs out….you’re out of luck!!

Since our Series 3 310s W&D Electric Shaver was intended to be used in and outside of the shower, the device can't charge while operating to prevent electric shock. However, with a fully charged device, you should get around 20 minutes of operating time.
