Really good pack but it has short shoulder straps

This is a great pack but the shoulder straps are pretty short. I would give it a 5 out of 5 if they could be adjusted longer.

The bag itself is a very good looking bag. There are many issues that would make me never buy the bag again,
1. Straps for the shoulders are to small.
2. The pocket for glasses/secure items on top is blocked by the hand strap and has bad access.
3. There is only one pocket for your laptop, no other devices.
4. The pockets on the side and thru out are not for everyday use. More of a trip backpack.

Amazing... Holds a 17" laptop!

Amazing backpack, plenty of room for travel, plenty of pockets and this thing holds a 17" laptop!! It also has a strap to slide onto your luggage handle for easy movement through the airport. Holds a full size Yeti thermos without issue. I can't say enough good things about this workhorse! Beefy and tough cordura fabric. This is my go-to travel pack every time.

I think this is the best backpack on the market for vacation and executive work. It is rugged, functional, has all the zippers I need for international travel, and it's absolutely comfortable. I wish the bottom was a bit more flat so it would sit flat but understand that the back pad gets in the way a bit maybe that could be adjusted slightly but that is a minor issue.

I bought this bag about 2 weeks ago and I am terribly disappointed. The sleeve to slide it onto my OGIO Layover bags pull arms is too small and I have to fight to get it to slip on. What a pain.
The back is so stiff it is uncomfortable to carry on my back. I would not recommend it at all!

I got this about a month ago. Tons of storage and pockets and I love it. One thing is that I am a pretty fit but big guy and the straps were not big enough for me. i had to unthread the bottom of the strap and make the straps a little bit longer to actually fit my shoulders and sit right on my back. Besides that its a fantastic backpack.
