Very nice bag

I travel 60 days a year for work. This is a nice bag to keep your tech and some key personal items organized. Not a ton of interior storage if your are trying to use it along with a carryon and trying to avoid a checked bag. But you can fit a light jacket.
Pros: multiple separate pockets, crush proof sunglasses case
I would recommend this to a friend!

I appreciate all the specially designed compartments. Some I am still deciding how to use to my benefit.
Bought this one for my college student son. He says that if he could design a backpack this would be it. Bought my daughter one 2.5 years ago at First Robotics Worlds competition. Ogio is her first backpack to last longer than a year and it is still in excellent shape.
Pros: durable and well designed

Does not meet expectations. My older Ogio seems more accommodating.

I used this backpack daily for two years of high school and 5 years of college, including numerous trips through the airport and on vacation. In total I've owned this back for about 9 years. It has successfully protected the same fruit based laptop for that entire time as well (although I did also use the neoprene sleeve even inside the backpack). It has held up well and shows very little signs of wear.
So far in all that time the only bit that has failed is one of the side pocket zippers fell off. The water bottle strap allows it to hold all shapes and sizes of water bottles, including 1L bottles (although they will barely fit in the pocket). The hardened glasses pocket is very nice for storing glasses and other little knick knacks at the same time (like a cloth, flash drive, chapstick, etc.)
A word of caution, cats will enjoy using the back foam as a scratching post. Despite years of use, those few claw marks are still the most obvious wear.
I will say that if you stuff it with heavy contents it may bother your shoulders after a long period, but I haven't encountered a backpack that won't. It's fine all day if it's light. I am 5'10 and average build and the straps fit me fine.
Other reviewers are right that it will not stand upright on its own, but it's a backpack, not a Weeble. Lean it against something. You shouldn't leave your laptop standing in its least stable orientation anyway.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The commercial for this product sucks! Just describe the features without all the theatrics!

Great bag. Well thought design. Only issue is the tightness of the suitcase sleeve. It will clearly loosen up over time. Right now it's difficult to get the backpack over my suitcase handle.
