Got my old one RSS 17 Five Years ago and still in service but i have to buy another for the added new feature.
I will have my old RSS 17 for spare bag.
Also, the customer support is excellent.

I really like the backpack. Lots of room. Lots of pockets. Looks cool. Its feels like and looks like a high quality item. Its comfortable. The only negative is that the shoulder straps could be longer.

GREAT BACKPACK!!! It has compartments for everything. I was surprised that the back portion was as heavy and stiff as it was. But once I filled it and am using it. It is NOT heavy at all. I LOVE THIS BACKPACK!!!! I would buy more if and when this one ever wears out. I did just purchase in September 2019. I have used for 2 weeks going on 3 weeks. I have NO complaints about it.

Great bag, looks good, doesn't bring much attention, lots of pockets to fill, the crush proof pocket is actually a decent size and can fit any phone or sunglasses, my 17.3" laptop fits perfectly in the RRS pocket. Its everything you'll ever need in a bag. Perfect for traveling and school, I will definitely be using this bag for the rest of my life.
Pros: pockets, laptop protection, comfort, style
Cons: price, doesnt ship international
