Stylishly sturdy. Used as a personal carry on item for flight and fit under the seat of 4 different airline carriers. No hassle.

Great features but disappointing durability

I was initially impressed with the RENEGADE RSS Laptop Backpack. Its plethora of organizational pockets and cool features made traveling with my laptop and gadgets incredibly convenient. The design is sleek, and the functionality seemed top-notch with dedicated compartments for everything I needed.
However, after less than 1.5 years of regular use, the shoulder strap began to tear apart. This not only affected the comfort and usability of the backpack but also made it look unattractive and worn out prematurely. For a product that promises durability and comes with a premium price tag, this was quite disappointing.
While the backpack excels in organization and style, the lack of longevity in its construction is a significant letdown. I hope future versions address this issue because, otherwise, it's a fantastic product.

I’m a larger guy 300 lb and got it for school the backpack itself is great the only thing not giving it a five is the straps could be a little longer so it’s more comfortable to wear

I expected much more at this price: kevlar reinforcement for sturdiness (the material as it is in prone to tears and rips), a key-hook, more space in the middle compartment, metallic strap-hooks to name a few. The idea and design is very cool and love it but needs improvements. Also, the QR code is not functional.

I do not recommend the personalized version of this product. The quality is not good and gives the bag a juvenile look.

Why are the straps so short. If I was any bigger I couldn't use the bag. This is the only backpack that has straps this short that I can barely wear the thing.
Pros: quality
Cons: short straps

This bag seems like a great backpack. But it DOES NOT fit a 17in laptop like advertised, so now it is of no use to me.

I am very happy with this backpack. I have owned it about a month now. Whether I am going to the office across town, traveling around the region, or traveling cross-country, this backpack has all the features I need. My only concern at all is the size is slightly larger than what I have been accustomed to in the past. That said, it has all the necessary space for everything I need or want to have with me on the go. AND...it is unbelievably light feeling when I wear it on my back. There are just a couple of key pressure points. I am someone who suffers back and neck pain at times. There is absolutely no strain or stress placed on my back, neck or shoulders by this backpack. While it is gentle on me, the backpack itself is constructed sturdy and tough.
