Bag and especially shoulder straps were much smaller than expected. Bag has amazing features and seemed very high quality but was regretfully returned.

This backpack destroyed my iPad

The iPad compartment is at the soft front compartment and the main compartment pressed against the front compartment and bent my iPad and rendered it out of commission. The iPad can't be repaired and is now a paper weight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality bag with lots of features that's a little on the small side

I'm sure if I were normal sized the size of the bag wouldn't be a problem. As it stands I'm 6'6" tall and broad chested. I can't use the chest straps; they're not long enough. I've never really been one to use a chest strap on a backpack but it would be nice if I had the option.
Other than that, the bag is worth the money.
Update: why send me an email to ask me to leave a review then require that I enter my email address?

Bulky and Stiff

Love the organization. Theres a place for everything. Love the protection points as well, my electronics will be safe in travel. While it is a bigger pack, wouldn't mind that if it had any give. Very stiff, no flex so you have to stuff it places with force. Feels overly masculine vs works for anyone. Love it in so many ways. Wish it could achieve the same results and be a little softer in the process.

I have used ogio for years and always loved them,until I bought this new bag. Uncomfortable to wear small on the shoulders. Bulking because of protection shell. I will think twice about buy another ogio. No exchange available!

This is a well built bag that has plenty of pockets and space but I ended up giving it only 4 stars because for me it was just too bulky and it wouldnt fit into overhead compartments in planes. I ended up giving it to my wife and purchasing another brand. Slightly expensive also.
