this is a great buy if it didn't fall over

So Im very impress with the quality of this backpack. But everytime I sit this down on the ground or on the top of a counter or chair , whatever it may be it topples over and spills if i have it open. Its frustrating and a BIG pain in the butt, if Im in a hurry and I just need to grab something it falls over and my stuff spills over. If Im at the gym and I set it down just to workout it falls over it just will not sit up right. I thought that maybe I would let time pass and maybe it was to stiff and new but no.. I get that its a back pack and may not be ment to sit up right but my other ones Ive had NEVER fell over like this one.. Like I said great product, very roomy , but
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

fantastic bag but with a flaw

I have to begin with loving the bag. The color is great and the practicality of it is out of the charts. It's light and comfortable. But...
I don't know if I got a lemon or what but even with almost no load, the straps don't hold position. I put on the back pack, adjust the straps (with other backpack I don't even need to adjust everytime I put it on) and while I'm wearing it the straps slowly slip and out of the blue i feel like I'm carrying an old sac.
I think I will return it cause it's a pain to have to adjust the straps all the time!
Pros: looks practicality
Cons: dont hold position

Great business backpack for an international traveller on the go

Being a management consultant my job takes me across the world flying domestic and international all the time, and this backpack hands-down is a mobile road warrior champ!
Sturdy and well constructed with enough individual and separate sections and pockets to keep even the most an*l packer satisfied. The quality is great, even after a year of hard use being slid under plane seats, thrown into taxis and hiked around, all the stitching and zippers are tight and glide easily.
With the ability to keep organised, the pockets are all usable and have a clear function, and after you get use to it, you can easily find your way around the pack in the dark by touch alone.
I use additional internal bags to further separate the internal compartment into various sections, however if I ever need to carry bulky items, they easily fit into the main section, which is huge and easily enough to carry cloths for a 2-day trip including your electronics.
Comfortable and supportive, I've not had any issue with the straps. However I would recommend that if you want to use in a more uptight work setting - to get the more discrete colour option.
All in all - I cannot recommend this enough, and am always happy to talk to my team mates about it when they point it out, and I think I am just going to buy another one after this one wears out
I would recommend this to a friend!

No where near enough room in the main pouch

I purchased this backpack with high anticipation. As a business traveler, I’m constantly on the go with my laptop, iPads, phones, chargers, headphones, toiletries, pens, notepads, etc. This seemed like a suitable replacement to my older Ogio bag.
Although it’s great quality and has tons of pockets to store / organize, the main pouch is extremely small. I found it nearly impossible to store my portfolio and work papers along with my electronics. Additionally, the laptop sleeve, is so tight, I had difficulty inserting a standard Dell laptop in it. It was just to tight.
I totally get that by having more pockets, I’m giving up space in the main areas. But in my case, the limitations noted above were so frustrating, that I gave up after one weeks usage and ordered one of their larger backpacks.
Consider this scenario: you need to pack up quickly and toss your stuff in the main pouch. Happens to us all. You won’t be able to do that with this backpack as the only way things will fit is if you methodically pack everything back up in it’s intended space.
Lastly, the cushioned part of the straps are very short. As a 6” adult male, I had difficulty getting this on found it barely fit.
Ogio is great quality, but this one missed the mark.
Pros: quality, good looks
Cons: not practical, not functional

A great bag! On my second.

I first got this bag for my commute to USC Keck.
It served me well for 2.5 years. On that commute. It is the most organized easy to use and comfortable bag I have ever had. I tried an Incase after that one and regretted it. No where as easy to use or comfortable. I purchased my second Ogio Renegade and I love it. I will buy another after this one as well. It gets my highest recommendation.

Like others have said, the bag tips over which is annoying.  It does not have a lot of space.  I do not recommend.

Great, Sturdy Backpack, but I also expected more.

I researched a lot before I purchased this backpack. Originally, I went to Targus, but their backpacks fell short and they charged me to return their defective backpack, which was disappointing. I was replacing a 3 year old High Sierra backpack that I absolutely loved. I definitely put it through abuse and it would have made it another couple of years, so I was looking at something that could top it.

Pros:
-Side pockets provide a great way to organize your chargers, powerbanks and even keys.
- The crush-proof compartment works well for my reading glasses and sunglasses.
-The organizational panel is ideal for someone who loves to keep everything in the right spot.
- I really enjoy the pocket in the straps. My phone is a bit big to fit in the zipper, but I carry a credit card whenever I am on my motorcycle for easy access.
-The laptop storage area is the best I have ever seen. It's sturdy and easy to slip my 15 inch Dell XPS 15 into its compartment. I love the red interior as well.
-The look of the backpack is unique and has a beautiful design.
Cons:
-Main compartment could be a bit bigger to fit all my school books.
-My backpack came with a lot of stray threads, which I haven't addressed since I needed this immediately for school. But it brings up a lot of concern if this Renegade is going to meet the test of time. I expect the backpack to be pristine, for its price.
-Straps seem very thin compared to my HS backpack and seem to dig into my shoulders a bit with a heavy load.
-No actual water bottle holder. Most people I know carry a hydroflask around. I carry around a 40 oz water bottle which fit with no problem in my other backpacks but will not fit into the side holders. And that's a bit of a disappointment because hydration is important, especially for long trips.
Overall,
I really enjoy the backpack. I was looking for something that would protect my laptop on trips and at school and this definitely meets the mark. I recommend this backpack. If you need something with a larger compartment, I might go somewhere else. But the extra pockets are ideal for small gadgets to keep in the right spot. However, I do wish Ogio paid a little bit more attention to the construction of the backpack. Hopefully the strays are not too big of an issue.
Cons: no waterbottle holder
