As described but one feature could be nicer

Overall the quality is excellent: sturdy construction, well-built zippers, nice capacity, and good padding on pockets for electronics. One fussy member of the household wishes to steal the backpack for his own use at work. MINOR criticism that gray paneling in picture appears to be a woven water-resistent fabric that lends a sophisticated look but instead it’s just more gray-colored backpack material that makes the bag look a bit cheaper. At this price point, I would hope for the additional bells and whistles. However it is only the appearance that led to the 4 star rating. Beyond that, the backpack is as nice as others describe.
Pros: construction capacity nice straps
Cons: appearance could be nicer

Fits my needs for travel to have under seat. Great price.
Pros: fits my 15in laptop and air pad 2 perfectly
