Expensive parts fail quickly

The inverters on these refrigerators fail in 3 years. It is very expensive to fix. These refrigerators are also very load running. You should avoid this refrigerator.

It's Beautiful and Spacious!

I bought kitchen appliances as our Christmas gift, and we love all of our GE appliances. This is our second go around with purchasing GE! We've purchased another brand name washer and dryer in the past, and by far our GE appliances have outlasted other brands. So quiet!!

First time GE appliance purchase

Although I was hesitant to purchase a stainless steel finish, I find that it is fairly easy to keep looking clean. The split shelf is a nice feature for storing larger pitchers and gallons of milk. I am disappointed with how far the drawers are able to be pulled out, reaching items in the back of the drawer can be a challenge. The water dispenser occasionally drips causing water spots on the tray below. Also, the top drawer in the freezer does not slide very easily. Overall this appliance is average, but nothing out of the ordinary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful fridge with ample room. I love the ice maker and the unit is very quiet. The extra ice maker option is great.
