Lost Space

The fridge looks sleek and at a whopping 26 cubic I expected better storage. There's no butter holder, the air filter bites into the top, left side of the fridge making it impossible to store containers flush against the wall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the deli drawer

The layout of this refrigerator is fine except it has no specific space for butter. In addition, there is no way to totally shut off the water filter without ordering a water filter stopper. That should have come with the expensive refrigerator.

Love our GE Refrigerator

This is in addition to previous review I just sent in.
The only issue we have had is the fan motor going out after only 3 years. Wondering if this has been an issue with this particular model and if there could possibly be any funds applied back to us for this replacement and service call.

Ok fridge, quirky problems.

This fridge is awesome, when it works right. Occasionally the bottom drawer completely freezes everything in it, anytime the fridge is remotely full. Also when the fridge is full, the waterline for the front dispenser freezes and you can get filtered water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re thrilled you’re enjoying the refrigerator overall, though we truly hate to hear you’ve had an issue with the bottom drawer as well as the waterline for the front dispenser freezing. We know issues like those would cause concern, and we’d like to assist.

You may want to check the temperature in the fresh food section, and adjust it if necessary; we generally recommend that the section should be between 37 and 42 degrees F. We hope that information may help.

For the trouble you’ve had with the waterline freezing, we recommend contacting our Service Department at 1-800-432-2737; a technician would be glad to diagnose and repair this issue, and can also assist with the freezing problem with the bottom drawer if you are unable to resolve that through troubleshooting.

disappointed in longevity of device

Purchased device in July of 2018. Had to replace the front electric panel in 2020 and then again last year in 2022. Over this past weekend the fridge stopped cooling and repairman today informed the condenser and related part must be replaced. Parts and labor works out to cost of a new fridge. I enjoyed its features when it lasted such as the water dispenser, led lights etc/ But I am terribly disappointed in the duration of performance of the device which must be replaced. Giving serious consideration to other brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do offer a limited 5 year warranty on all parts of the sealed system which including the condenser.
